For many years, I served as a salaryman in a major IT corporation.

From managing large-scale organizations to overseeing operations across three Asian countries, my days were fulfilling. Yet, I could never shake the feeling that I had surrendered the sovereignty of my life to the organization.

The turning point was real estate investment, which I began while still employed. The experience of building assets through my own strength gave me courage.

Finally, I made the decision to cross the "Rubicon"—the point of no return—into independence.

Our company name, Julius, is derived from Julius Caesar, the hero who crossed that same river to rewrite history.

■ Purpose: Defining the Future Coexistence of Humanity and AI

With the dawn of the Reiwa era, we have shifted from the "Age of Labor" to the "Age of Intelligence."

In addition to Thomas Piketty’s principle of "r > g" (Return on capital > Economic growth), we now have "infinite intellectual labor" in the form of AI.

At Julius, our purpose is to define how humanity and AI should coexist. In this new era, the secret to wealth is not cramming information (knowledge), but mastering AI and holding a unique "Doctrine/Philosophy."

I have welcomed Generative AI into my team as my "Chief of Staff," embodying a new business model free from the constraints of time and location.

"Transforming lifestyle education into the ultimate entertainment." What I want to convey is not merely the technical skills of investing. It is a shift away from a lifestyle optimized for corporate organizations, toward placing "individual value" at the center of one's life story.

Through the character IP "CHITA," we deliver wisdom to the world on how to navigate the complex game of capitalism as "play" and reclaim one's own sovereignty.

We build an "Infinite Loop" mechanism with collaborative partners where blogs, Kindle, and AI comics are interlinked to continuously and automatically amplify value.

   3. Proprietary Asset Management (Real Estate & Financial Assets)

As a solid financial foundation supporting the two activities above, we continue to create an "Infinite Fountain of Wealth" through our proprietary assets (real estate and financial assets). "No work in life is ever in vain." My 20 years of management experience as a corporate employee and my time stationed across Asia are all nourishment for who I am today.

With free thinking unconstrained by time or place, and with the flow of the AI era as an ally, I will transform society into something more interesting and prosperous, bit by bit. Julius Co., Ltd. combines a child-like sense of playfulness with the weapons of adult experience.
