私は会社員としての給料を資産、特に不動産に変換することで経済的自立と早期退職(FIRE)を達成した。今日の世界では、資産は給料よりも重要だ。私たちは企業生活の利便性から抜け出し、自分の運命をコントロールする必要がある。雇用と給料だけに基づいた人生を設計していては、個人の幸福は得られない。この視点は、先行きの見えない今日のサラリーマンの課題を乗り越えるために貴重な知恵となると思い、この著書にまとめた。
② FIRE Recommendation for Office Employee
I achieved financial independence and early retirement (FIRE) by transforming my salary as a company employee into assets, particularly in real estate. My base of operations is in Japan, so I would like to emphasize that the environment described in this book is specific to Japan.
Nevertheless, I would like to convey a message to employees working in companies around the globe. In today’s world, personal assets outweigh salary, and it is essential for us to break free from the comfort of corporate dependence and reclaim our autonomy as individuals. True individual happiness cannot be achieved if we structure our lives around our jobs and salaries. I believe this perspective holds value across all regions and serves as wisdom for navigating the challenges of the 21st-century capitalist landscape.
